She holds a Master’s degree in English, along with professional qualifications including Diploma in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language), B.Ed, and M.Ed, reflecting her deep commitment to academic excellence and modern teaching methodologies.

With a rich and versatile career, she has served in well-reputed institutions such as APSAC, The Smart School System, Pakistan Institute of Ophthalmology, Nursing College Benazir Hospital, Iqra Virtual School, and Global Learning Hub (an international online school). Her exposure to both traditional and digital learning environments has equipped her with the expertise to effectively manage and deliver quality education at all levels.

Munaza Fatima is not only an accomplished English language instructor but also a certified Soft Skills Trainer, enabling students to develop confidence, communication skills, and professional competence alongside academic growth.
